Review Process

Received manuscripts will undergo blind ended editorial review process by omitting the first (title) page and the acknowledgements page before sending to referees. The main aim of the editors will be to give initial decision whether the manuscript can be accepted for peer review process or rejected at the initial stage.

In case the editors accept the manuscript, it will immediately be sent to two relevant professionals for peer review. The editorial board will give final decision once the peer reviewers have given back their report.

Manuscript may either be rejected or accepted subject to the author responding to the reviewer’s recommendations.  A revised article must be submitted within 2 weeks after the editor’s response in cases where significant revision in the manuscript is required.

Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author shall be informed of the publication date depending on the queue of the next article. BioClin International(BIRJ) is a none profit making journal, however to maintain its operations, a small processing fee of USD 70 will be charged per article accepted for publication.

The review and publication process should take 4 weeks from the initial submission as long us the Author commits to the stated timelines, clears payments and submits revisions correctly.
